Apart from the Managing Director, Director and the CEO ,the core team comprises the Sales Manager, head of the national and international sales; the Purchasing Manager heading the paddy purchase team as well as managing the mandi operations. The Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm. The Accounts Manager keeps an accurate record of the firm's expenditures and receipts so that the financial health of the firm is maintained. Also, the Banking Manager mediates the banking operations of the firm. The core team has been colossally responsible for the firm’s success so far, in the domain of manufacturing and marketing of Basmati rice products as it has enabled the firm in operating responsibly, executing adeptly, manufacturing innovatively and capturing new opportunities proactively.
